This HL7 implementation guide is the one named in the Meaningful Use Stage 2 regulations in the United States. This collection includes the standard vital sign measurements (heart and respiratory rate, blood pressure and body temperature) along with measurements for height, weight, head circumference (OFC), oximetry, body mass index (BMI), and body surface area (BSA).;
