LOINC description : A questionnaire to assess obsessive compulsive disorder, an anxiety disorder characterized
by intrusive obsessions that cause distress or anxiety and compulsions that alleviate

individuals for obsessive compulsive behavior. Obsessive compulsive disorder is estimated
to occur in 2 to 3% of the population, and is co-morbid with a number of other conditions
