ICD-11 definition : Angiokeratomas are acquired vascular lesions that result from the ectatic dilatation of pre-existing vessels in the papillary dermis, accompanied by hyperkeratotic epidermis. There are several clinical variants: solitary papular angiokeratoma, angiokeratoma corporis diffusum, angiokeratoma of Mibelli and angiokeratoma of Fordyce, amongst which the last, in which the lesions are located on the vulva or scrotum, is the most common.;
