and lymphomas. The syndrome is clinically characterised by headache, neck stiffness,

may be acute, subacute or chronic. Diagnosis may be aided by neuroimaging and spinal
fluid analysis which may reveal a lymphocytic pleocytosis, raised protein and the
presence of malignant cells on cytology.;
