This condition is characterized by urinary calculi located in the urethra, where it may lead to renal colic. This condition may also present with haematuria, dysuria, or pain in the flank, lower abdomen, groin, thighs, or genitalia. Confirmation is by abdominal radiography to determine the presence and location of calculi.;
