ICD-11 definition : Large plaque parapsoriasis is a chronic skin disorder characterized by the indolent development over years or decades of scaly patches or slightly elevated plaques which may be clinically indistinguishable from early mycosis fungoides but in which no evidence of infiltration by abnormal lymphocytes can be found. Approximately 10% of patients will, however, eventually progress to mycosis fungoides.;
