ICD-11 definition : Angiokeratoma of Mibelli is an uncommon disorder which typically presents between
the ages of 10 and 15 years with the development of angiokeratomata on the dorsal
and lateral aspects of fingers and toes; it may also involve the dorsal surfaces of
the hands and feet. It is commonly associated with acrocyanosis and chilblains, suggesting
that cold injury is important in the aetiology. It is inherited as an autosomal dominant
trait with highly variable penetrance, affecting girls more than boys.;
