ICD-11 definition : A condition caused by growth of extra connective tissue joining the ribs to the sternum during the antenatal period. This condition is characterized by a caved-in or sunken appearance of the sternum. This condition may present with decreased exercise tolerance, rapid heartbeat or heart palpitations, recurrent respiratory infections, wheezing or coughing, chest pain, heart murmur, fatigue, or may be asymptomatic.;
