ICD-11 definition : Inverted follicular keratosis is a benign tumour of skin appendages which usually presents as a solitary nodule with a keratotic or scaling surface. A distinct histopathologic feature is the presence of so-called squamous eddies. Many authors regard inverted follicular keratosis as an endophytic viral wart, an endophytic seborrhoeic keratosis or a collision of both.;
