the following five features: midline supraumbilical abdominal wall defects; deficiency
of the anterior diaphragm; defects in the diaphragmatic pericardium; defects of the
lower sternum and congenital intracardiac defects, with exteriorisation of the heart,
or 'ectopia cordis', being the most severe malformation.;
