ICD-11 definition : A disease caused by an infection with Lujo virus. This disease is characterized by microvascular damage. This disease presents with fever, pharyngitis, vomiting, diarrhoea, myalgia, respiratory distress, neurologic impairments, or shock. Transmission is by inhalation, consumption, or direct contact with excretions and body fluids from infected rodents. Confirmation is by identification of Lujo virus.;
