ICD-11 definition : Infestation of the skin by the larvae of the flies Dermatobia hominis (human botfly), Cuterebra, Cordylobia anthropophaga (tumbu fly), Cordylobia (Stasisia) rodhaini, Wohlfahrtia species and Hypoderma species (warble flies). Painful boil-like swellings form where the larvae are deposited, usually on exposed skin of the face, scalp or extremities. They may be accompanied by lymphangitis and regional lymphadenopathy.;
