ICD-11 definition : This benign vascular tumour (formerly often designated infantile haemangioendothelioma) is the hepatic correlate of infantile haemangioma of the skin. They are usually asymptomatic and may be discovered only as the result of screening infants with multiple cutaneous haemangiomas. These tumours usually involute spontaneously but rarely may cause congestive cardiac failure due to high-volume vascular shunting.;
