ICD-11 definition : Lichenoid keratosis presents clinically as a solitary, usually asymptomatic, pink or brown and variably scaly papule located typically on the upper chest or forearms. Histologically it is characterized by a lichenoid infiltrate with vacuolar degeneration of the basal layer of the epidermis. It is thought to represent a destructive inflammatory reaction to the presence of an actinic lentigo, actinic keratosis or seborrhoeic keratosis.;
