ICD-11 definition : Xeroderma pigmentosum complementation group C (XPC) is the most frequent subtype of xeroderma pigmentosum (XP), a rare photodermatosis predisposing to skin cancers). XPC patients demonstrate typical XP manifestations of the skin (progressive freckling and dryness of skin, skin cancer, ocular malignancies) but generally do not display any acute sunburn reactions. In addition XPC patients do not have any neurological abnormalities.;
