ICD-11 definition : Febrile ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann disease (FUMHD) is a rare fulminant form of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis (PLEVA) in which large necrotic cutaneous lesions are accompanied by lymphadenopathy, general malaise, myalgia, neuropsychiatric symptoms and high fever. Most cases occur in adults. As is the case with PLEVA, the cause is unknown.;
