with hepatomegaly and malnutrition; in rare cases, this disease may present with cholangitis,
cholecystitis, and chlolangiocarcinoma. Transmission is by ingestion of infected undercooked
freshwater fish. Confirmation is by identification Opisthorchis viverrini in a faecal
