ICD-11 definition : A congenital cardiovascular malformation in which there is one or more localized dilation(s) of a coronary vessel. It is usually defined as an increase in luminal diameter that exceeds 1.5 times the luminal diameter of the adjacent normal coronary arteries. Coronary artery aneurysms are usually seen in two forms, saccular (shaped like a sack, with a change in caliber over a very short distance), and fusiform (shaped like a spindle, tapering towards each end), and both may be single or multiple.;
