ICD-11 definition : Pearly penile papules are very common and manifest as multiple small 0.5-2 mm diameter dome-shaped to filiform flesh-coloured papules that typically are arranged circumferentially around the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Histologically they are benign angiofibromata. They are often assumed wrongly to be transmitted sexually: no treatment other than reassurance is required.;
