ICD-11 definition : Sporadic hypertrophic osteoarthropathy has been described in association with a large number of malignancies of which bronchial carcinoma is the commonest and with a wide range of non-malignant disorders including congenital cyanotic heart disease, chronic pulmonary disease, especially cystic fibrosis and chronic liver diseases. It is much commoner than primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.;
