Alport syndrome is defined by glomerular nephropathy with hematuria, progressing to end-stage renal disease, associated with sensorineural deafness. Leiomyomatosis is characterized by benign smooth muscle cell proliferation. Œsophagus lesions, evidenced by radiographic examinations, are responsible for dysphagia and retrosternal pain.
