ICD-11 definition : This is a rare dermatosis of prepubertal children, especially those of African descent. It manifests as an eruption of asymptomatic flesh-coloured dome-shaped papules affecting principally perioral and periocular skin but can affect other parts of the head and neck. Its cause is unknown and it generally resolves spontaneously over the course of months to a few years.;
