guilt, hopelessness, recurrent thoughts of death or suicide, changes in appetite or
sleep, psychomotor agitation or retardation, and reduced energy or fatigue. There
have never been any prior manic, hypomanic, or mixed episodes, which would indicate
the presence of a bipolar disorder.;
