ICD-11 definition : Constitutional (familial) tall stature, a variant of the normal pattern of childhood growth and development, is defined as a condition in which the height of an individual is more than 2 SD above the corresponding mean height for a normal subject of the same age and gender. Distinguishing features are a family history of tall stature and lack of dimorphism or other clinical features suggesting pathologic causes of abnormally rapid growth.;
