FMA definition : Subdivision of lesser omentum, each instance of which is a peritoneal fold that passes from some porta hepatis to superior part of some duodenum; it is continuous on the left with some hepatogastric ligament, and on the right it forms one of the borders of some omental foramen. It contains proper hepatic artery, portal vein, bile duct, nerves, and lymphatics.;
